
“Putting It Together: A Pathway to Your New Work”
was conceived and designed by Paula Moscinski, certified professional coach and founder of Innerconnections, LLC.
Work has always been her first “love” in life, and over the years she has created a variety of professional development services and programs to support those who want their work to have real meaning and purpose.
She holds the belief that each of us has work that we are meant to do at different times in our lives, and she is making it her job to see that people discover what that is for them.
“Putting It Together” is a response to the growing number of people who find themselves out of work and committed to not settling for just any job. Both the workshop and her career coaching services bring life and vitality to the work creation process.
Paula has spent much of her career as a leadership development coach to executives and managers in health care, insurance, retail and manufacturing. She is a pro at designing dynamic personal and professional programs that leave participants in greater self-awareness and inspired to move forward on their goals with a greater sense of self. Over the years she has helped her clients and program participants realize their potential, get in touch with their value and execute self-developed plans for achieving their vision of success.
Paula holds a Masters’ degree in organizational behavior and psychology and is certified in coaching skills from the Coaches Training Institute. She holds the designation of Core Practitioner in the body of work “Conversational Intelligence.”
